Tools for Creative Agency: Personalised Project Management in Graphic Design and Animation Pedagogy
Presented a research poster showcasing findings from a practice-based action research project exploring how personalised project management tools and process models can function as pedagogic infrastructure within undergraduate Visual Communication education. Drawing on mixed-methods data collected through workshops, surveys, interviews and case studies, the research examined how adaptable project management approaches can strengthen student engagement, time management, self-regulated learning and creative agency. The poster introduced an academic toolkit developed through the MA LTHE, demonstrating how project management can be reframed from an administrative function to a user-centred pedagogic intervention that supports inclusive curriculum design and creative practice.
